The river conditions are perfect! We hope to see some of y’all over this holiday weekend. We will start transporting guests upriver at 9:00 am on all 4 days. Here are a couple of tips for visitors on holiday weekends. 1. Arrive as early as you can if you have a preference on what type of vessel you go down the river on. (Our busiest checking-in times are generally 11:00-1:00). 2. Pay with cash for speedier check-in.
See you on the water!!
Open today with great river conditions for families to paddle or float!! Children must be a minimum of 4 years of age and also be at least 40 lbs.
We are open and running kayaks (single & tandem) and also rafts. The river is still a bit too swift for canoes or tubes. Young children must be in rafts or on the front seat of a tandem kayak. Children 10 & under will be restricted to the 3-mile trip only. Kayakers must have some experience paddling; life jackets must be worn; no non-swimmers. We fully expect Friday’s conditions to not have these restrictions.
